Vancouver Airport Fuel Delivery - Amendment request to extend the validity of PER No. 15-104

The proposed amendment is to extend the validity of an existing permit for the construction of an aviation fuel receiving facility and sections of new transfer and delivery pipelines that will be located on federal port land. The proposal also included the construction of an associated office, utilities and landscaping works and the reconfiguration of the downstream range lights, one of which is currently located on the site. The terminal remains under construction, with completion anticipated in 2023. The extension is requested until December 31, 2023.
