Princeton Detachment Replacement

The project is for a complete replacement of the Princeton RCMP Detachment. A parcel of vacant property has been purchased from the Town of Princeton in a newly created commercial subdivision on David Brown Way in Princeton, BC.
The property has never been developed, however adjacent properties have commercial enterprises currently in operation. The project scope will see a new building, purpose built for a fully functioning RCMP detachment, with some public parking as well as a secure compound for RCMP vehicles and staff parking. The slope of the property will require engineered fill under the building, as well as a retaining wall and engineered fill at the back of the property that will be utilized for the secure compound and parking. No buildings on the back portion of land.
