Level 3 Charging Station Installation

The purpose of this project is to install one Level 3 and four Level 2 EV chargers at the Standards Building,1625 Loughheed Highway, Vancouver to support the immediate and future charging needs of the tenant's electric vehicle fleet.  The purpose of this project is to install one Level 3 and four Level 2 EV chargers at the Standards Building to support the immediate and future charging needs of the tenant's electric vehicle fleet. Trenching will be required along the site's northern eastern portion of the property to connect the transformer to the new switchboard as well as an additional three feeders to connect the five charging stations to the utility system. Five charging stations are to be located in the north east quadrant of the site, with one feeder to be trenched to service two pairs of Level 2 EV Chargers and one feeder to be trenched to service the Level 3 EV Charger.  Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada is funding this project on lands administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada.

May 11 2022 – The authorities issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
