The project involves the construction of a tool rental facility with on site storage of fleet.

Site preparation activities will include geo-technical studies, surveys, and environmental studies.

Construction activities will generally occur during normal business hours; however, some night work may be required.  Types of activity include survey, civil work, welding, piping, mechanical, electrical, crane work, and general materials handling. 

The project is located airside on the north-east region of the airport.  The project is fully contained on an existing lease and construction activities are not expected to affect airport operations.  Adjacent public roads may be affected when moving construction materials to the site but will be managed by road traffic flaggers.
