Exterior Perimeter Fencing Extension

The purpose of this project is to install 7 feet high chain-link along the perimeter of the 6.22-hectare property, Surrey Taxation Data Center.
The scope of the work is as follows:
- Replace the existing 4-foot-high chain-link fence along the exterior, north border of the property with 7-foot-high chain-link fence and extending it to surround the entire property.
- Install two slide gates on the property's east side (Burnaby Fraser Tax Services Office entrance and its Loading Bay entrance) with new access controls.
- Install approved security-related signage at prominent locations of the fencing and gates.
- Signage to be installed to communicate that Close Circuit Video Equipment (CCVE) is in operation at this site.
- Install key boxes for emergency services that are provided by the City of Surrey.
