The scope of the work is as follows:

- Install two slide gates on the property's east side (Burnaby Fraser Tax Services Office entrance and its Loading Bay entrance) with new access controls.
- Install approved security-related signage at prominent locations of the fencing and gates.
- Signage to be installed to communicate that Close Circuit Video Equipment (CCVE) is in operation at this site.
- Install key boxes for emergency services that are provided by the City of Surrey.
