Public notice Railyard Expansion - Richardson

Richardson are proposing a rail-focused expansion of their North Vancouver terminal. The proposed expansion focuses on the following pieces of work: 

  • Construction of 15 additional storage tracks; 
  • Realignment of tracks within the existing yard;  
  • Addition of crossovers and turnouts within the existing yard;  
  • Installation of truck turnaround area, emergency access road and construction of new vehicular access gates (security and emergency); and 
  • Various associated works such as installation of new lighting, fencing and utilities.

North Vancouver, B.C. –May 12, 2022– The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority has determined that the proposed Railyard Expansion - Richardson located at 375 Low Level Road, North Vancouver, B.C. is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
