Install Security Cameras at Winchelsea Island

The objective of the project is to install additional external pole mounted closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras on Winchelsea Island, CFMETR. The cameras will require new support poles and electrical wiring. Where possible, existing supports will be utilized. Site restoration will not be required.

February 11, 2021 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The Department of National Defence is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
