Tofino CCG SAR Station - Float Reconstruction

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada is planning to reconstruct the existing aging treated timber float at the Tofino Canadian Coast Guard Search and Rescue station.  The proposed project involves a like for like reconstruction of the existing 21.4 m x 6.1 m treated timber float.  The reconstructed timber float will be within the same footprint as the existing float, reusing the existing mooring piles, mitigating the need for pile driving.
