DP World Fraser Surrey - Wash Bay Improvements

DP World Fraser Surrey Limited Partnership is proposing to upgrade their existing wash bay that is used for power washing of heavy equipment, truck and mobile equipment at their terminal located at 11060 Elevator Road in Surrey. The works will require approximately 380 square metres of excavation to remove and replace the existing asphalt and wash water collection barrel and some trenching for the installation of new pipes to collect, treat and dispose of the wastewater. The works are expected to take approximately 4 months to complete and will be undertaken during regular standard working hours.

Surrey, B.C. – April 23, 2021 – The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority has determined that the proposed wash bay improvements located at 11060 Elevator Road, Surrey is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
