Affordable Housing Units

Adams Lake Indian Band is proposing to build a 28-unit apartment building. The mid-rise apartment building will be six (6) storey high. The construction will include the building and parking areas.  Project activities include the clearing and grubbing, installation of access driveway/parking, construction of foundations, backfill and grading, utilities and services including sewer and water piping as well as power and communication lines.

Latest update

05-08-2023 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
