Sunchild First Nation Package Water Treatment Plant

Sunchild First Nation is proposing the review, selection, delivery and installation of a package water treatment plant (WTP) as well as the construction of water supply mains and distribution main tie-in's to provide a temporary water source for 32 lots in their new subdivision development. The package WTP will be placed within Lot #1 of Block 100. Exact dimensions are to be determined based on the selected contractor.

Latest update

August 19, 2025 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
