Construct Liri Valley Apartments and Row Houses, Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Edmonton, Alberta

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project. The Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) is planning the design and construction of new low-rise apartment buildings and row houses to meet housing needs. As such there is a requirement to build new access roads to the new buildings, modifications to the existing site utility services and new services as required. Construction of two (2) 6-plex apartments and 4-plex row houses (6) with associated parking and green space landscaping will be completed.

Latest update

August 25, 2026 - The Department of National Defence intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the Department of National Defence is inviting public comments until September 3, 2026 respecting that determination.
