O'Chiese Indian Reserve 203 Well pad Expansion

A surface lease consisting of   1.232 ha area for drilling and operating a (select appropriately oil, natural gas or produced-water injection)  well will be constructed and maintained for the operating life of the well, then decommissioned and reclaimed before the lease agreement is surrendered.
