Banff Spring Golf Course-Washroom 6 Replacement at Hole 9

The existing washroom between the Hole 5 and Hole 6 tunnels is aging and needs replacement. The project will remove the current building while keeping the underground plumbing in place. Demolition materials will be temporarily stored and properly disposed of. A new washroom will be built in the same location, followed by fixture installation and testing. The new building will remain about the same size and in the same location. The main change is replacing the angled corners with a square footprint, matching newer washrooms on the golf course and improving both function and appearance.
