Stoney Morley Broadband Tower Installation (Tower 12)

The project includes the installation of one of three 45 meter (138') free standing (no guidewires) telecommunication towers on Morley Reserve. The base of the tower site development will be approximately 20m x 20m or 400 m2.  The goal of the project is to provide broadband service to Stoney Nakoda Nation members.

August 30, 2022 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of Notice of Determination for the Stoney Morley Broadband Tower Installation (Tower 12) - Canada.ca (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
