O'Chiese Culvert 2 Replacement Project

O'Chiese First Nation plans to replace and repair culvert and road assets damaged by the 2020 spring flooding. The proposed project will replace a damaged culvert, located at 8-2-45-11-W5M, with a new culvert of appropriate size for the drainage area. The project will also repair the road crossing the culvert to pre-flood condition and add erosion control.


Latest update

August 27, 2021 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/proj/81535 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
