Design and Construct Armored Combat Support Vehicle (ACSV) Facility- 3rd Canadian Division Support Group, Edmonton

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing the Defence Capability Infrastructure (DCI) project that will provide the infrastructure required to support the accommodation, operation and maintenance support for the 360 new Armoured Combat Support Vehicles (ACSV) at 3rd Canadian Division Support Group (3 CDSG) Edmonton, Alberta.

To facilitate the new ACSV, infrastructure to accommodate approximately 9 bays with an estimated total gross floor area of 4,400 is required. The project site is located on a fully serviced lot that is currently vacant and fully grassed. The building will utilize existing roadways for access and will be connected to existing utilities.


Latest update

June 6, 2024 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The Department of National Defence is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
