Beaver Lake Cenovus Housing Initiative - Build Out of 20 Residential Lots, Access Roads, and Water Distribution

Beaver Lake Cree Nation plans to develop new lots as part of the Cenovus Housing Initiative. The development area will be able to accommodate 20 homes on 30m by 60m lots. As part of this development a new waterline and sewage holding tanks will be installed, and a road and driveways will be constructed.


Latest update

February 16, 2022 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/142887 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
