Sawridge First Nation - 2 Single Houses Project - 2025-2026

Sawridge First Nation is proposing to build two new homes. The lots require tree clearing (980 m2), road access and additional lot prep. 

The buildings will have slab on grade foundations, cisterns, septic and utility tie-ins. 

Waste generation will be minimal and disposed of off site. Imported fill is required.

December 26, 2025 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The authority is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
