2024-3899-00 Sucker Creek Bridge Assessment

Sucker Creek First Nation is replacing the existing bridge (BF 77275) crossing Sucker Creek (Waterbody ID 1711) located on reserve. The project will include the removal of the existing crossing structure, which was built in 1970, and be replaced with a new Type 1 bridge. Construction will take place within an existing area of disturbance and road right-of-way.


Latest update

August 30, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) until September 30, 2024 respecting the determination.
