The Cold Lake First Nations Community Gathering Space will consist of a 25,730-squarefoot building. The Community Gathering Space will connect the existing Casino Dene and Hotel Dene.

August 29, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
