O'Chiese First Nation Education Way North End Subdivision

O'Chiese First Nation is planning to build a new housing subdivision in Education Way North End with up to 49 lots. This project will involve tree clearing, lot grading, ditching, water and sanitary systems, trail building, and coordination with utilities for power and gas. Other infrastructure includes two new pipes (culverts) to replace the existing culvert under the access road, watermains, sanitary, power and gas lines, trails and signage. There is an existing access road running north to south through the project area that will be used and upgraded (paved) throughout this project.
