Town of Banff Bow River Bridge 2023 Rehabilitation Works

The Town of Banff is planning to implement the second phase of their Bow River Bridge Rehabilitation program. Work includes general maintenance activities, including the completion of in-stream pier repairs. In addition to the in-stream pier repairs, the Town of Banff is proposing to install riprap around the piers (below the ordinary high water mark) to further protect the in-stream piers from ongoing scour.
