Tsuut'ina Nation The Shops at Buffalo Run

Tsuut'ina Nation's Taza Development Corporation plans to construct a new multi-building shopping center of approximately 275,000 (sf) along Buffalo Run Boulevard. A total of 14 buildings of various sizes will be constructed on the site. Site development surrounding the buildings will include approximately 1100 paved parking stalls, a park at the north end of the site, a park at the south end of the site and landscaping throughout.


Latest update

May 26, 2021 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/139208 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. .
