Water Survey Canade Silverhorn Water Meter Station

Relocation of Water Survey of Canada's (WSC) hydrometric gauging station, 05DA010-Silverhorn Creek adjacent to Silverhorn Campground to a new location farther away from the campground, at the request of Parks Canada. WSC will first need to establish a new gauging station on Silverhorn Creek, transfer the existing vertical elevations from the existing location to the new location to maintain accurate records, and then proceed with decommissioning of the existing gauging station. This project is to be assessment using a Basic Impact Assessment.
