Moraine Lake Lodge Duplex Cabins

Construction of two duplexes which will replace two existing duplexes. The new duplexes will tie into existing infrastructure via trenching (estimated length from the duplexes to existing sewer, water, electrical, and propane approximately 30 – 40 ft). Natural vegetation covers one site where some stump and tree removal (5-6 trees) will be required, the other site has a gravel trail (will be rerouted) and some planted grass which will require removal.
