Tsuut'ina Nation - Millburn Creek Culvert Replacement and Road Restoration Project

The project is a road repair of a 7.5 m wide, gravelled road at the crossing of Millburn Creek that leads to the sewage treatment lagoon. Works are designed to occur within the existing 30 m wide road allignment and will include a culvert upgrade and road improvements for the Milburn Creek crossing.

August 31, 2022 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination Notice of Determination for the the Tsuut'ina Nation Millburn Creek Culvert Replacement and Road Restoration Project - Canada.ca (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
