Aurora at Taza Park Multi-Unit Townhome Development

Homes by Avi is proposing to construct a multi-unit townhome development at Taza Park on Tsuut'ina Nation reserve lands. The project will be comprised of 12 buildings containing 46 units to be constructed on previously developed Land. No clearing will be required as the rowhouse lots were already serviced during the Taza Development Project. The project will involve re-grading of the site. Indigenous Services Canada will be issuing subleases under  Section 53(1) of the Indian Act. The Project is not in the vicinity of any known species at risk or waterbodies.


Latest update

May 13, 2025 – The Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
