NBVL Volleydome

Our proposal is a 20,000 sq.ft. indoor beach volleyball facility with a 42,000 sq.ft. outdoor beach volleyball court area. Project is located 3688 48th avenue NE, directly southwest of Calgary Rotary Challenger Park Society in the YYC airport recreation district. The indoor facility will be active 7 days a week year round with the outdoor component being active during the spring and summer months. Parking and road infrastructure being added is enough to accommodate both components at peak user load simultaneously. Site design allows for future development of another indoor facility up to 27,000 sq.ft. in size and additional parking. Construction is schedule to occur from September 2024 – May 2025.
