Private Property boathouse dredge, Severn River, Trent-Severn Waterway

The project is a recreational dock side dredge (5mx10m) to permit user boat access. The project is located on the Severn River, part of the Trent-Severn Waterway. A permit with mitigations will be issued for this work.


Latest update

January 22 2026 – Parks Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Parks Canada is inviting public comments until February 21 2026 respecting that determination.
