Alderville First Nation - Phase 1 Micro Subdivision Development

Alderville First Nation is proposing a 17-lot Micro Subdivision to be developed near 5585 Minnetonka Road which was previously used as agricultural land. Each house will be a 1- or 2-bedroom house that will be approximately 110 m2. Physical activities include grubbing, construction of new water and sewer infrastructure (410m of watermain servicing and 350 m of sanitary servicing) as well as installation of a water treatment unit and a communal septic tank.

This project is to address the community's ongoing housing need.
