Demolition of identified vacant structures located at Pickering Lands Site, which is federal land owned by Transport Canada. Work includes preparing Designated Substance Surveys and abatement along with detailed plans and specifications for demolition.  Scope of work to specify abatement work, environmental mitigations, species at risk identification and mitigation, tree trimming/removal activities, utility disconnections, decommissioning of wells, cisterns, and septic systems, decommissioning of fuel oil storage tanks, and demolition activities followed by restoration of land with clean backfill and sod/seed to grade.
