June 8, 2021 — On April 20, 2021, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) received a request for a regional assessment for the Toronto-Danforth area. The Agency received a second request on April 24, 2021, a third request on April 30, 2021, and a fourth request on May 16, 2021. The Minister’s response, with reasons, must be provided within 90 days of receiving the first request for a regional assessment.
