Wasauksing First Nation - Family Resources Centre Development

Wasauksing First Nation is proposing the construction of a new Child and Family Resource Centre, to provide services to the youth and family of Wasauksing First Nation. Physical activities include clearing of trees, grubbing, and service installations. The total footprint of the project site is 909.5 square meters (m2). 


Latest update

October 2, 2026 – Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments until November 2, 2026 respecting the determination.
