Roof Replacement - French River Dams Office

The project will consist of a complete roof and ventilation replacement of the PSPC French River Dams office at 557 Keso Bay Road, located in the Dokis First Nation Reserve of Dokis, Ontario. The existing multi-sloped hip roof shingled with architectural asphalt tiles was installed in 2009 and is deteriorating due to insufficient ventilation. The office has approximately 205 m2 of floor space and is within 20 meters of the shoreline. The office is in a remote area of Northern Ontario, approximately 30 km south of Sturgeon Falls.

Latest update

March 4, 2022 – The authority issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
