DND is upgrading underground municipal infrastructure along Manston Crescent, Jaeger Way and a walkway between Former Military Police Headquarters (Building 64) and Parker Avenue at 22 Wing North Bay to replace aging infrastructure and to maintain existing hydraulic capacity and ensure long-term service reliability.

The following municipal upgrades are expected:

  • Removal and replacement of the pedestrian walkway from Manston Crescent to Building 142.
  • Removal of street parking areas in front of Building 7 and north of Building 143.
  • Removal and replacement of the pedestrian walkway, including parking lot and pedestrian connection, and removal and replacement of the sanitary line between Building 64 and Parker Avenue.
  • Removal and replacement of the existing storm, sanitary and watermain along Manston Crescent and Jaeger Way.
