Development of four new streets in Kebaowek

The project is located in Kebaowek and involves the construction of four new streets to meet the community's housing needs. These include the construction of Kigong Crescent, Makwa Street and Monz Street, as well as the extension of Ogima Street, located to the north of the community.


Latest update

June 20th, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments until July 20th, 2024 respecting that determination.
