Repair all exterior stairs and ramps and railings - 555 Booth Street

The concrete retaining walls were in stable condition, with some concrete deterioration like concrete spalling and scaling. The pedestrian concrete paving was generally in acceptable condition;however, some concrete spalling was noted on the exterior stairs, stair-enclosed ceiling, and near concrete ramps. The metal guard railing was in stable condition, but excessive corrosion was noted at the bottom of the rail post. Repairs are recommended for the concrete deterioration of the stairs, ramp, retaining wall, and metal railing. Additional considerations for accessibility implementation will be included to ensure compliance with CAN/CSA-B651-18 standards.
