Modification of a culvert at the Lac-Saint-François National Wildlife Refuge

This project aims to modify a culvert located at the boundary of the Lac-Saint-François National Wildlife Area by removing its upstream and downstream ends in order to improve the flow of water from the ditch.

[July 29, 2026] - Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) intend to determine whether the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. In order to contribute to an informed determination, Environment and Climate Change Canada invites the public to comment on this determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be published online. Written comments should be submitted by August 29, 2026 to: Santiago Jarquin-Corro (EE-SCF@ec.gc.ca).
