YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel - Airbus Mirabel - Construction of a Delivery Center

Airbus Canada Limited Partnership proposes the construction of a delivery center on lot PC-38326 of the Quebec cadastre located at the YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. It is an aircraft hangar with dimensions of 91.44 m x 48.77 m x 17.37 m high with an office annex of 74.68 m x 15.24 m x 10.67 m high with 2 floors. The hangar will accommodate two aircraft, an office area, an outdoor positioning area for two aircraft and outdoor parking. The future delivery center building will also include electrical installations, mechanical installations, an oil recovery and separation system as well as fire protection systems.

July 10, 2023 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects by applying the mitigation measures provided for in the project.
