YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel - Extension of an industrial building

The project of a company located on the YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel site consists of expanding an existing building to meet new production and administrative space requirements. The structure will have an above-ground height of approximately 15 m and a surface area of approximately 13,562 sq. m.

The building's exterior envelope will be made of materials similar to those of the existing building and the roof will be covered with a white membrane identical to the existing one to reduce heat islands. A new outdoor parking lot of approximately 446 spaces is proposed to meet the needs of new employees and a traffic lane will surround the building to meet safety requirements.
