YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel - Soil rehabilitation on the site occupied by Mecachrome Canada Inc.

The project consists of rehabilitating the soil of a portion of a retention basin located at 11,100 Julien-Audette Street at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel on lots 5,257,239 and 5,257,236 of the Cadastre du Québec. The site is occupied by Mecachrome Canada Inc. The soils to be rehabilitated correspond to criteria "C" and above of the MELCCFP's Intervention Guide – Soil Protection and Rehabilitation of Contaminated Land and/or the CCME's industrial criteria. They will be excavated and then managed off-site in accordance with the Contaminated Excavated Soils Management Grid of the MELCCFP Intervention Guide and in accordance with all applicable regulations. The volume of soil to be extracted corresponds to 55 m3 (110 t.m.).

February 20, 2025 – ADM Aéroports de Montréal issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects by applying the mitigation measures provided for in the project.
