YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport - Expansion of Purolator building located at 5000 Blvd. Côte-Vertu

The project involves expanding the Purolator distribution center located at 5000 Côte-Vertu Boulevard on lot 3,772,218 in the Saint-Laurent borough in Montreal. The existing building with an area of 12,799 m² will be extended by 1,610 m² on the northeast facade. A 99.7 m by 24.5 m parking area will be provided for trailers in the area adjacent to the expansion on the northeast side. In addition, on the opposite side of the existing building, a new parking area (61.5 m by 65.8 m) for trucks will be developed with a retention basin for proper stormwater management. This project includes the planting of 209 trees.
