YMX - Aircraft hangar construction and tarmac extension at Mirabel

ADM Aéroports de Montréal is planning the construction of two aircraft hangars and the extension of a tarmac in collaboration with Syscomax. The project is located on Henry-Giffard Street in YMX on lots 1 689 783 and 5 326 341. The hangars will have an area of approximately 5570 m2, including office space, and will be used for aircraft maintenance operations and flight test preparation activities.

July 16, 2026 - – ADM Aéroports de Montréal intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting public comments until August 15, 2026 respecting that determination.
