Moncton 1 Site Development

The project will commercially develop 49 acres of land situated alongside the TransCanada Highway in the Caledonia/Harrisville Industrial Park area in Moncton, NB.  The project consists of site development and servicing to support business developments.   Project activities will include grubbing, water, wastewater, storm sewer, street work, site works and grading, electrical supply and paving. The land will require bringing water and sewer from municipal servicing, earth to be brought in to accommodate site layout and to prepare for roads to be brought in.

June 25, 2020 – Indigenous Services Canada and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/135183 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
