Kreative Rentals Corp. Commercial Building

Kreative Rentals Corp.'s proposed development at the corner of Brackley Point Rd. and Aviation Ave. involves the construction of a 16,000 ft2 commercial building and associated parking lot, designed to accommodate multiple tenant rental spaces. The structure will be built using a combination of concrete and wood framing. The construction is within previously developed areas with no woodland or known sensitive ecological habitats being impacted.

The construction site will be cleared and prepared in advance to ensure it is free of debris and obstructions. All construction activities will be strictly confined to the designated project site to prevent encroachment on surrounding properties. Best practices will be followed to manage dust, noise, and waste during construction, in accordance with all municipal, provincial, and federal codes, standards, and best management practices.

June 30, 2025 - Charlottetown Airport Authority intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Charlottetown Airport Authority is inviting public comments until July 31, 2025 respecting that determination.

July 30, 2025 - Charlotteotwn Airport Authority issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
