Paqtnkek Subdivsion - Phase I

Proposed construction of a 11 lot subdivision at Paqtnkek-Niktuek IR 23, NS.

The project area is approximately 3 Ha and will service 11 housing lots. Activities during construction will include clearing, grubbing 300m of road construction, 345m of water main and 240m of gravity sewers to service the 11 lots. A pumping station and force main will be required for wastewater.

Latest update

August 10, 2026 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
