Esgenoopetitj First Nation Lift Station Upgrades

The project includes the complete replacement of Lift Station No. 5, and smaller upgrades to Lift Stations 1, 2, 3.  Activities include replacement and repair of sections of the gravity sewer along existing easements, driveway upgrades as well as a new prefabricated building and associated components for Lift station #5. 

Latest update

June 18, 2021 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/139442 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
