Routine Maintenance Dredging

The proposed project involves the dredging of the entrance and interior of the Port of Belledune, located at Belledune, NB.  The dredged material will be disposed of on site in a man-made cell, previously constructed for the purpose of accepting dredged material from the Port.  The proposed dredging meets the definition of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans' Routine Maintenance Dredging Code of Practice.

Notice of Determination

November 2, 2020 – The Belledune Port Authority issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
