Floating Wharf Installation at the Petit-Rocher Small Craft Harbour, Gloucester County, New Brunswick

The project involves the installation of eight floating wharf sections (two parallel rows of four sections each) at the Petit-Rocher Small Craft Harbour, Gloucester County, New Brunswick (Harbour Code 2606). The floating wharves will be anchored with concrete blocks.  The floating wharves will be supported by a total of 16 concrete anchor blocks. The new footprint associated with the work with be approximately 64 m2.

Notice of Determination

January 18, 2022 - Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH) have issued their Notice of Determination after evaluation of the project Floating Wharf Installation at the Petit-Rocher Small Craft Harbour, Gloucester County, New Brunswick and have determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects with mitigation measures as outlined in their evaluation and can therefore proceed.
